Sprint Evo VS iPhone 4G

The Sprint Evo and the iPhone 4G have been out for several months now and yet people are still contemplating on which phone to purchase. It's simple people... The EVO! I'm not saying this because I'm a fan of Sprint or anything because trust me when I say they definately need some help in certain areas, however if you want more bank for your buck it's clear that the EVO is the better choice. Here's why: 

The Sprint Evo:

• Looks better in poll comparison of course
• Actually runs on a 4G network
• Is faster based on reports
• Provides more talk time/ battery life
• And some better applications

The iPhone 4G:

• Doesn't run on a 4G network
• Slower running network
• Less talk time/ battery life
• Good and unique applications but not necessarily better
• Costs the same as an Evo but less bang for your buck.

You don't have to take this review from me, go see for yourself and make your own decision. Do research, head to both company sites and compare or even better head into the stores, see and hear what the reps have to say.

Wealthymen.com Dating Website Review

I was recently browsing the web for online dating sites for my upcoming blog for daters and people in relationships. " Matters of the Heart" Anyway I came across the site wealthymen.com which is a site where wealthy men can meet single nice looking females for friendship, dating, sexual encounters etc. Upon my findings I found that you have to pay for membership. Now to those wealthy men that may not be a problem, but to those females that are on a budget which is why they are on a site looking for wealthy men this may incur some issues. Needless to say the site does allow you access for 1 day to set up a profile, upload pics and get information on your interest such as what body build are you looking for, what type of relationship you are interested in etc. Keep in mind that you can browse profiles but they are summaries and there is no communication allowed such as sending messages, notes or friend requests. This technique allows you to make the decision on whether you want to purchase a membership or not.

This site offers a verification to show that the men on this site are indeed wealthy. You will find that many of the men are in their middle 30's to late 50's. For African American's there are few and far between black wealthy men on this site, so if you aren't a fan of interracial dating this site may not be for you but anything is worth a try.  If you are a verified member you attract more views than non verified members, of course this is a given. If I was looking to date a wealthy man I would want to make sure that he is really wealthy too.

Wealthymen.com offers 2 types of memberships: Gold and silver. Silver is the lowest membership which includes a monthly fee of $24.95. You can message other members and browse their photos if posted. The Gold membership offers a 7 day trial at a price of $9.95 but a monthly fee doubles to a whopping $34.95. If your interested check the site out if not oh well life goes on.

Sprint New Phone August 31, 2010!

For those of you that are fans of new cell phones, me being one of them I have the dish about 2 phones that you may or may love. These phones are on the Sprint Network, and while you may or may not be a fan of their service you are sure to appreciate their talented efforts in breaking cell phone technology. I got a sneak peek through an unmentionable source of the Samsung Moment 2 and the Samsung Epic 4G. So get ready to read.

The Sprint Samsung Moment 2 looks similar to the original moment, which I happen to own. This phone runs with the Touchwiz 3.0 program. Which is about the best thing it's got going for it besides the Google 2.0 search. Be careful with hooking it up to your computer to sync photo's music and more because like the original moment it looks like this is 1 bug they are still trying to fix. You may need to download that special program or talk to a customer service rep about helping you with the sync, which will entail bringing your computer into a sprint store and allowing the tech to tinker with your computer while they  get aview of your pics and anything else you have on your trusty PC.  I doubt this is going to do extremely well in sales which is probably why Sprint has banked their hopes and dreams on the HTC EVO and the upcoming EPIC. The Moment 2 gets *** 3 stars.

On a lighter note... Introducing the BEST 4G PHONE IN 2010... The Sprint Samsung Epic 4G. This phone is a cell user's dream, or at least it will be. If you love the Evo you are going to fall in love with the Epic. This baby's look is simple yet tasteful but the large screen is the plus, the speed of the modem is sick (in a good way that is), It has a 3.0 bluetooth, a keyboard that slides out for all of you keyboard lovers and texters, and it holds a front facing camera at 5 megapixels with video. The phone is better than the Evo in most senses. Of course it will run on an all 4G network which most cell phone companies are envying especially with the iphone 4G disaster and all. this phones price is set at $250.00 with a 2 year service agreement, for most the phone will probably cost you more than that. But it's well worth the price. If your thinking about getting on the waiting list last minute, GOOD LUCK! But give or take about a month and the phone will be available whenever. Samsung Epic 4G gets ***** 5 out of 5 stars!

Sista's Place Review :Not The Hot Spot It's Cracked up to Be!

Some locals rave about what is supposed to be one of the hottest clubs in Baltimore, "Sista's Place" The truth is radio stations are getting paid to hype up the club whether its crap or not. And your incentive to attend is the fact that local well know DJ's and radio hosts are going to be there. Here's the real scoop on Sista's Place:

This club is small and due to it's location smack on the end of a shopping center on Liberty Rd in Randallstown, Maryland it's a wonder how they manage to stay open. Of course 1 plus is that they take the proper security measures to make sure that you or anyone else entering isn't holding anything dangerous. But ladies don't bring your rat tail combs or stick it in your purse because they do search your pocketbooks and they do take your combs and keep them.

The atmosphere in the club is cool for awhile and depending on the DJ that's working that night you may get a constant flow of great music and the bartenders aren't stingy with the alcohol. But do not go there expecting the ultimate clubbing experience because you will be let down about 80% of your expectations. Many of the guys dance but lots of them stand on the sidelines watching every ass, short skirt or hooker boots that walk by, and the time they really want to talk to you is when your in the parking lot, liquored up and ready to go.

The dance floor is small which means smelling sweat, funk and the ungodly smell of feminine hygiene. Ladies here's a tip: If you know you sweat in those unmentionable areas please invest in some feminine wipes, sprays or powders. Men, you all aren't excluded either, breath mints are cheap and effective. There's nothing attractive about the smell mixture of alcohol and cologne. And the last thing females want is some fine man all in her face smelling like cognac and brut.

Sista's Place on a scale of 5 stars you get 2 stars. **
